Tablise Inc. (“Tablise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides software tools to help employers manage HR compliance in Canada. While we strive to keep our platform accurate and up-to-date, we do not provide legal advice, and the use of our platform does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

Who Can Use Tablise

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to use Tablise, or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.

Your Account

You may need to register to access some features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use Tablise for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to access or modify the Platform in unauthorized ways

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including our software, templates, branding, and documentation — is the property of Tablise or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose it without permission.

Subscription Terms

Some features are available only through paid plans. You agree to the pricing and billing terms presented when subscribing. We may modify pricing upon notice.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Disclaimers

Tablise is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or uptime of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of Liability
