Tablise is led by experienced HR practitioners who’ve lived the complexity and pressure of compliance firsthand. From our product roadmap to our legal frameworks, everything we build is grounded in real-world experience and designed to support the teams doing the work—whether in-house, consulting, or somewhere in between.
Julien Gagnier, Founder & CEO
Julien has spent over a decade in the trenches of HR, leading People Ops, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner teams across startups, global enterprises, and everything in between. He is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and has led HR at companies like Honda, Later, and Unisys.
Across these roles, he saw the same problem repeat itself. Compliance work was manual, fragmented, and hard to manage at scale. Even the most experienced teams were stuck in spreadsheets, chasing legal updates, and trying to stay ahead with no clear system.
Julien founded Tablise to change that. To build the tool he always wished he had. One that makes compliance structured, automated, and truly scalable.
His mission is to help HR teams be proactive, not panicked. And to make compliance a source of clarity, not chaos.
